Ping Issue
If you are facing server ping issue then there are some changes you want to do.
1. First, make sure you are using the best virtual private servers.
Now, are you thinking… best?
here best mean from trusted and from best companies like a digital ocean, AWS light sail (recommended), vultr, Linode.
So here are some trust company and have more location with SSD and DDoS protection.
2. Second, you want to see that you have enabled private Ip for your server or not.
If you have enabled private IP then disable it.
3. Which location you have selected to the running server?
The choosing server location is not difficult but choosing the wrong location for your gaming server may cause ping issue.
Here is an easy solution for it.
I will tell you the best way to choose your location.
First of all keep in mind that Minecraft game most player are from tier 1 counties like USA, Canada, etc.
So whenever you are going choose the location then go with tier one countries like united state (recommended), so a player will never face any ping issue.
2nd if you are building your own Minecraft community where only your country player can join, then select server location own country.
So these are three way to fix your ping issue.
Below is the server ping score to run a successful Minecraft gaming community.
1-90 = Great ping for Minecraft!
91-179 = Good connection, maybe a slight disadvantage in PvP.
180-299 = Poor connection, you might have occasional lag interacting with blocks/players/entities.
300-499 = Bad connection, gameplay will be frustrating.
500+ = Consider finding a server closer to you and/or testing your bandwidth.
Simple if you can not able to give Great ping for Minecraft then you will not able to make a stable Minecraft community.

If you have running multi-core server then you to enable java setting and you can enable it from your support area means VPS control panel or you can direct contact to your support to care for this feature.
Now here are all commands.
Without getting into technical details, you can use the following two flags that should increase your server’s performance:
-XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+UseParNewGC
Applied to your entire command line, it may look like this:
java -server -Xmx1024M -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+UseParNewGC -jar minecraft_server.jar nogui
