Best 3.9 Starter Builds and Top 5 Builds for Metamorpho League – Odealo
The Top Beginning Builds to play The Metamorph League and Patch 3.9, including our anticipated top 5 builds for the end of the game.
The most recent and largest 2019’s Path of Exile Expansion: Conquerors of the Atlas with the brand new Metamorph League are heavily oriented to two aspects – the ending-game Bosses or Bow-archetype build. This lets you know what kinds of builds will be the most popular, not to mention the nerfs that will be applied to Zombies, Spectres, and Icicle Mines, which were the most played builds before Patch 3.8. Our first list includes the top Starter builds for the forthcoming Metamorph League, and it’s not coincident that two of five of them are built around the Ranger class, which is the most effective. This is also a deliberate choice since both offer an easy transition into the meta we expect to see in 3.9.
As opposed to earlier Leagues, In this one, you’ll need to build your character for Bossing. It is the main concept for this game, Conquerors of the Atlas Expansion, So speed, and AoE aren’t the primary goal. Concentrating on damaging your single target while maintaining decent defenses is important. We have a few suggestions that fit this type of play well. All of the Builds, for starters, are good for the leveling phase, but they will allow you to eliminate the majority of the Bosses on the battlefield.
Please note that the list of the most effective builds is based on Patch notes and our forecasts for the next Patch. We will confirm it in the next couple of weeks, and every build will be polished before new Metamorph Items are fully implemented.
1. Artillery Ballista Deadeye
Artillery Ballista Deadeye This is our top choice for a Metamorph Starter design. Although there are better and more affordable designs for the coming League, you’ll need to choose a class allowing the most simple transition to Metabuild, which handles the end-game content. Patch 3.9 primarily focuses on the Bow archetype, and Deadeye is one of the top classes to use when playing the new Conqueror from The Atlas Bosses. This build provides good coverage of the entire area and single-target damage, with 100 percent elemental Damage conversion to fire. With Totem gameplay and high Evasion, You will feel at ease in any battle as your Ballistas take out opponents. You can apply debuffs using Combustion or Curse. The Wave of Conviction to boost the DPS output. With the brand new Ballista Totems and the new Passive Tree, you will be in a position to summon up to five powerful Ballistas
2. 2: SRS Baron, Necromancer
SRS Baron Necromancer Summon Raging Spirit has been among the most requested Spells for Beginner builds time. With the buffs added to Minion builds from 3.8, it also has impressive Bossing capabilities. While it’s not much better in Patch 3.9, it’s an excellent build with minimal item requirements and clear speed. Also, we expect players to be flooded with the Minion style of play, and the items will be fairly inexpensive in the next Patch. In addition, in contrast to Zombies and Spectres, We didn’t notice any major nerfs for Raging Spirits, which means If you don’t have the role of a Necromancer within 3.8, it could be a good idea to play one in the coming Metamorph League

3. Toxic Rain Pathfinder
Toxic Rain Pathfinder is a great Starter build that offers serious damage regardless of equipment and a clear and steady speed thanks to explosions from Poison/Toxic rain appearing all over your screen. Also, it’s a Bow build, which means you can upgrade because of 3.9 and toxic rain, which boosts instant damage. This build is more popular when used as the Trickster; however, Pathfinder can be played the same way, and also, with the Ranger Ascendancy build, it gives more viable end-game choices in Patch 3.9. It is one of the top starter Bow designs in Path of Exile, which will not disappoint you in the coming League
4. Arc Miner Saboteur
With the latest buffs to Arc, it is the most sought-after version of the build in Patch 3.9. It has an awe-inspiring AoE build, clear speed, and decent single-target DPS. Miner builds are renowned for their Bossing abilities and surprisingly minimal Item requirements. It’s as easy as finding Miner builds on our list and then deciding to play Arc or Glacial Cascade (another excellent build we created for starters is available at: Glacial Cascade Miner ), Pyroclast Mine, or Ball Lightning Mine. It’s your choice – the above builds will work better with patch 3.9 and the Metamorph League. The Miner/Saboteur builds listed are perfect as League starters and let you farm any Boss within the game. However, Arc certainly will do well in the beginning stages and also when you’re farming your first currency and battling through the maps that are mid- or low-tier
5. Holy Flame totem Hierophant
Holy Flame Totem HierophantThe Totem playstyle is renowned as the best of PoE’s basic builds. You’ll get powerful single-target damage and the ability to kite your enemies with spells and attacks as you battle the highest DPS. Holy Flame Totems had worked wonders with us before and were shown to provide one of the most powerful single-target DPS among every Totem Spell. In addition, Mind over Matter, a decent Life Pool, will let you farm any Boss within the game.

Below are our predictions for the best build to use for the coming Metamorph League and Patch 3.9. These designs are based on our predictions of what we believe is the most effective strategy to fight those brand-new Conquerors of the Atlas Bosses. The builds all offer strong defenses and a high single-target DPS. They also have a clear speed that will not slow you down while working the Atlas. We may need to revise this list within the first couple of months of the League as we learn more information about the coming battles. Keep an eye on us.
