With XaviX® Music & Circuit you are able to connect a portable music player, CD/MD player or compact audio system to the XaviX®PORT for a workout that moves to the music you choose. XaviX® Music & Circuit was developed with the emphasis on “fun” – a function that keeps people motivated. By moving to the rhythm of your favorite music, you will be able to burn calories and increase your basal metabolic rate.
XaviX® Music & Circuit system cartridge uses the “Music Import System” to convert music from your digital music player to rhythmic programs on your TV. You will be able to walk, run, dance, or perform fun aerobics and muscle training by following the on-screen instructor or instructions.

Just step into your XaviX® Step Sensor (J-MAT) to navigate, slide under and jump over obstacles that appear with the movement of the music that is playing. Also alternate aerobic exercise and muscle training with more intensive exercises to improve your basal metabolic rate (BMR) and build a body that can more easily burn body fat.

Music Exercises: Run and jump over obstacles that appear in time with the music that is playing. This way, you can run in the comfort of your room at home, an ideal way of relieving the day’s stress.
Circuit Exercises: The exercises change between aerobic exercise and muscle training, and you perform the training steps displayed on screen.
Aerobic Exercises: Follow the motions of your instructor on screen, and step on the Mat.
Physical Check Tests: 10 Sec Dash measures how many times you can step in ten seconds to check burst and leg strength.
