We have created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to the privacy of the information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect and use information and to assist you in making an informed decision when using our Web site (the “Site”) to purchase “XaviX®” products (the “Products”).

This Privacy Policy applies to information submitted and collected online through the Site and to information received by regular correspondence. Visitors to the Site from outside the United States are advised that Privacy Policy is intended to meet the laws and requirements of the United States, which may not necessarily be the same as the laws and regulations of their home country. Any information provided will be treated in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United States.

We request that you read this Privacy Policy Carefully.

What kind of information do we collect?

In order to better provide you with various Products and services on the Site, we may collect three types of information, namely (1) Personal-Information: (2) General Information and (3) Demographic Information. Our primary goal in collecting such information is to provide an efficient and customized experience while using the Site. We collect these three types of information in the ways described below.
Personal Information

Personal Information (Personal Information) is personally identifiable and it therefore lets us know the specifics of who you are. Personal Information is requested and collected when you purchase Products or respond to a survey posted on the Site. For example, Personal Information includes your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, fax number, email address, credit/debit card or other payment information. Personal Information is used to fill your orders and better provide you with personalized services.
General Information

General Information is information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. General Information is based upon where you shop on the Site in several ways. For example, General Information may include the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) of the Web site you just came from, the URL of the site you next go to, what browser you are using and the Internet Protocol (“IP”) address of the computer you use. A URL is the global address of documents and other resources on the World Wide Web. An IP address is an identifier for a computer or device on a Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (“TCP/IP”) network, such as the World Wide Web. It is common practice for Web sites on the Internet to record URLs and IP addresses.
Demographic Information

Demographic Information is anonymous information, such as age/date of birth, gender, geographic area, hobbies, interests, and favorites. Demographic information is considered Personal Information only when it is linked to information about a specific user.

You can choose not to provide any item of information but, if you do so, you may not be able to take full advantage of the features of the Site.

Your California privacy rights

Beginning on January 1, 2005, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits a California resident who has provided Personal Information to a business with whom he/she has established a business relationship for personal, family, or household purposes to request certain information regarding whether that business has disclosed Personal Information to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. In general, if the business has made such a disclosure of Personal Information, upon receipt of a request by a California resident, the business is required to provide a list of all third parties to whom Personal Information has been disclosed in the preceding calendar year, as well as a list of the categories of Personal Information that were disclosed.

However, under California law, a business is not required to provide the above-described lists if the business adopts and discloses to the public (in its privacy policy) a policy of not disclosing customer’s Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes unless the customer first affirmatively agrees to such disclosure, as long as the business maintains the disclosure of this policy.

We do not share information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes unless you affirmatively agree to such disclosure. To prevent disclosure of your Personal Information for use in direct marketing by a third party, do not opt in to such use when you provide Personal Information on the Site. Please note that whenever you opt in to receive future communications from a third party, your Personal Information will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy. If you later decide that you do not want that third party to use your information, you will need to contact the third party directly, as we have no control over how third parties use information. You should always review the privacy policy of any party that collects your information to determine how that party will handle your Personal Information.
